ASTM A193 Grade B7 Stud Bolt coupled with a pair of ATM A194 2H nuts are most commonly used for bolting Carbon Steel Pipelines, and are the recommended Bolting system (torque) For all ASME B16.50 gaskets with torque values listed for:

• Cut Gaskets, compressed non-asb and
• PTFE based materials and SPIRAL WOUND GASKETS (see our Gasket section for torque details)

Flange Stud/Bolt Kits are available from D&D/Spiraltec. Pair these with your selected gaskets. Standard kits are available for all ASME flange sizes ½” to 24” Our Flange Bolt / Stud Kits are provided with the B7 A193 Stud bolt, 2H A194 nuts, and washers ( if requested) STUD packs are also available in , B7 PTFE Coated, Stainless Steel B8M and B7 A193 Zinc plated (150# flanges ½” to 12”)
