Shipping Responsibility

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes:

  • Domestic and international shipping charges
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders)
  • Return shipping costs (for returns or exchanges, if applicable)

We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (may vary based on location)

Please note: D&D is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please be aware:

  • Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
  • Customs fees, taxes, and import duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Delays due to customs are outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • We’re happy to assist with information, but we cannot issue refunds for items lost or delayed by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
